II. Purpose of the Manual

This Manual of Operations has been developed to serve as a comprehensive guide for the establishment, management, and growth of the Anlag Ta Buksu Technology Business Incubator (TBI). It outlines the policies, processes, and procedures essential for the effective operation of the incubator.

The primary purpose of this manual is to provide direction for the following aspects:

  • Organizational Framework. Describing the structure and governance of the incubator, including roles and responsibilities of key personnel and advisory bodies.
  • Selection and Support of Startups. Detailing the criteria, process, and support systems for startups applying to the incubation program.
  • Program Development and Implementation. Outlining the activities, services, and initiatives offered to foster startup growth, from ideation to commercialization.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation. Establishing a framework for assessing the performance of startups and the overall effectiveness of the incubator.

This manual is intended for use by:

  • TBI Management and Staff. To ensure consistency in operations and alignment with the incubator's objectives.
  • Startup Founders. To understand the processes, expectations, and support they will receive throughout the incubation period.
  • Advisory Board and Mentors. To guide their involvement and contributions toward achieving the incubator’s mission.
